This basketball league allows players in grades 3 through 6 to develop their skills of the game. This season will pit the Richland Comets against teams from Richland as well as some inter league play against Westmont Hilltop, Greater Johnstown, and Conemaugh Valley. Students will be taught the classical martial art of Tang Soo Do. Instruction will include basic techniques, forms, fighting, and self defense. Classes work on improving your physical and mental strength. Student's criteria--spirit, dedication, loyalty, willingness to learn, and having an open mind. Gain confidence, discipline, and self-esteem while enjoying a good workout, traditional training, and family atmosphere.

The goal of this nationally accredited program is to make the transition into organized sports a positive experience for your child (age 3 - 5). Activities in this non-competitive program gradually increase in difficulty over six weeks. All equipment is age appropriate and designed with safety and fun in mind. Parents attend each session with their child, becoming more involved in the development of their child's athletic motor skills. Parents should dress appropriately. Exercises will foster measurable improvement in: throwing, catching, kicking, and batting. First week is a parent's only meeting. Seven week session.

KICK'N'FIT is a unique approach to youth fitness, offering a high energy, fast paced workout. The program incorporates martial arts, kickboxing, cardio, yoga, and strength training. Classes are fun, set to music and no experience is required. Students enrolled in Miller Martial Karate Class will receive a $10 discount for any KICK'N'FIT class.
