AEROBIC CLASS SCHEDULE

The following is a schedule of the aerobic classes held at East Hills Recreation that are included with your Fitness Center membership. If you have any questions concerning any of these classes, please see the brief class descriptions below or call the office for more details. Since these classes are included in your membership, why not try one and add another dimension to your fitness routine. AB CRUNCH: 1/2 hour of intense abdominal conditioning

BODY IMAGE: A stretching and toning class involving basic standing and mat exercises br>
CARDIO & TONE: Total body workout for all fitness levels, combining an intense hi/lo aerobic workout with aggressive abdominal and strength training

KICKBOXING: Kickboxing to the coolest music, followed by a focus on arms, abs, and buttocks and a cool down designed for flexibility and relaxation

STEP CIRCUIT: Traditional step aerobics combined with weight training and overall body conditioning

LOW IMPACT: A low impact version of "Cardio and Tone" with emphasis on target muscle groups, using resistance bands and lighter weights

PILATES: Strengthening and stretching exercises concentrating on the muscles of the abdominal area, lower back, hips, and buttocks, designed of fitness to improve posture, balance, and flexibility

STEP CIRCUIT: Traditional step aerobics combined with weight training and overall body conditioning STEP/STRENGTHEN/STRETCH: A variety of low impact step aerobics combined with total body strengthening and stretching

STRENGTH TRAINING: Challenge yourself in this intense weight training workout
