BODY IMAGE: A stretching and toning class involving basic standing and mat exercises br>
CARDIO & TONE: Total body workout for all fitness levels, combining an intense hi/lo aerobic workout with aggressive abdominal and strength training
KICKBOXING: Kickboxing to the coolest music, followed by a focus on arms, abs, and buttocks and a cool down designed for flexibility and relaxation
PILATES: Strengthening and stretching exercises concentrating on the muscles of the abdominal area, lower back, hips, and buttocks, designed of fitness to improve posture, balance, and flexibility
SPINNING: Burn serious calories on specially designed bikes while an instructor guides you through a motivational visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.
STEP CIRCUIT: Traditional step aerobics combined with weight training and overall body conditioning
STEP/STRENGTHEN/STRETCH: A variety of low impact step aerobics combined with total body strengthening and stretching
STRENGTH TRAINING: Challenge yourself in this intense weight training workout
ZUMBA: Spice up your workout with this fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, creating an exciting hour of calorie burning and body energizing!!
